Barre Strength Workout

Barre is one of the workouts that felt good to me during my entire pregnancy. It was easy to modify -just needed to make some adjustments on the core work- and gave me a gentle burn without being too much. I love that barre is challenging, but doesn’t include high-impact moves.

Something to keep in mind: as always, make sure that you have your doctor’s approval before making any fitness changes. Honor your body and modify as needed.

Here’s a 20-minute barre strength workout that will work your entire body. I filmed this video at 23 weeks pregnant (you can hear how out of breath I am haha!), and all moves are safe for pregnancy assuming that you don’t have any injuries or special medication considerations.
