You can find Gina (@fitnessista) teaching fitness classes, taking care of her two sweet daughters (4 years old, and 4 months old), and juggling life as a military wife. She has lost 35-40 lbs three times in her life: once during a total lifestyle transformation, and twice following the births of two lovely little humans. She is a certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist, group fitness instructor (Barre, BODYPUMP, Spin and Zumba), and 200-hr yoga instructor. She’s excited to share tips for maintaining a fit bun in (and out of!) the oven lifestyle, and adventures along the way. She is also the owner of the popular healthy lifestyle site, The Fitnessista.
Returning to running after a long 2 years of trying to get pregnant and then postpartum, Kim (@foodierunnergrl) is on a mission to help educate and empower mama’s to get back their pre-babe nutrition and fitness goals, all while keeping things raw and realistic.
